<p>The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a statutory obligation placed by Government
on the largest energy suppliers requiring them to promote and install energy efficiency
measures in domestic properties. This includes park homes. DECC statistics show that
257 park homes have benefited from ECO measures up to 31 March 2015). These statistics

order to be eligible for the Warm Home Discount, customers must be named on an energy
bill with a participating supplier. We recognise that some park home residents will
not have such a relationship with a supplier. For this reason, the Government has
been encouraging energy suppliers to consider providing assistance to park home residents
through the Industry Initiatives elements of the scheme.</p>
