Person(s) found guilty of an allergens offence may be liable to (since 2012) unlimited fines (England and Wales) and criminal sanctions</p><p>Defra, Food Standards Agency and DHSC are working together to review what changes are needed to food labelling, including how that may impact enforcement activities.</p> more like this
