	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/06/2019 answer text <p>The Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 (the 1960 Act) sets out the local authority site licensing regime for caravan sites in England, Wales and Scotland. Caravan site licensing under the 1960 Act is a devolved matter.</p><p>We made significant changes to the 1960 Act, in relation to England only, through the Mobile Homes Act 2013. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/12/2017 answer text <p>The Mobile Homes Act 2013 amended the site licensing provisions in the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960.
