answer text <p>The Department for Exiting the European Union has responsibility for overseeing preparations for the withdrawal of the UK from the EU and conducting these withdrawal negotiations in support of the Prime Minister. In doing this it is working very closely with other Government departments, including the Office of the Secretary of State for Wales.</p><p>The Office of the Secretary of State for Wales has refocused its priorities following the United Kingdom’s vote to leave the European Union and work relating to exiting the EU now forms part of the policy portfolio of most staff.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The physical and mental wellbeing of our staff is crucially important to the Department. Whilst the Wales Office is not an employer in its own right, staff have access to all Ministry of Justice employee services that help to sustain physical and mental wellbeing, including Occupational Health and a 24 hour employee assistance helpline. In line with best practice, the Wales Office has a designated Mental Health Champion.</p><p> </p><p>We have also worked with other parts of the UK Governance Group to offer bespoke events. This year, we have delivered two week-long programmes open to all staff focused on enhancing wellbeing in the workplace.</p><p> </p> more like this
