	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/07/2019 answer text <p>The UK Shared Prosperity Fund is the Government’s manifesto commitment to reduce inequalities between communities across our four nations by raising productivity, once we have left the EU.</p><p>The Government recognises the importance of reassuring local areas on the future of local growth funding once we have left the EU and providing clarity on the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.</p><p>The Government has over the past year, held 25 stakeholder engagement events across the UK with representatives from a breadth of sectors, in order to aid policy development. The consultation will build upon these conversations.</p><p>The Government has now reached agreement with the EU on an extension until 31 October at the latest, with the option to leave earlier as soon as a deal has been ratified. We believe that leaving with a deal is the best outcome and remain focused on ensuring our smooth and orderly withdrawal from the EU. It is right, however, that we also continue to prepare for all scenarios. The Government has now committed over £1.2 billion to tackle homelessness and rough sleeping over the spending review period. A household who has become homeless unintentionally and contains dependent children is considered to be priority need and a local authority has a duty to secure accommodation for these households. A household may have to spend time in temporary accommodation before a final offer of accommodation is made. Details on these priority need, households with children have been captured through the Department’s new case level data collection system, H-CLIC, since April 2018. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/07/2019 answer text <p>We recognise that LGBT homelessness is an important issue, particularly among young people and that LGBT people who find themselves homeless may have a different experience of homelessness due to their protected characteristics. However, data on this issue is limited. This why we are currently undertaking research with the Government Equalities Office into the nature of LGBT homelessness that we also committed to in the LGBT Action Plan.</p><p>The research will be carried out in two stages. The first will include a review of existing evidence on LGBT homelessness and interviews with LGBT people with lived experience of homelessness. We are working with Sheffield Hallam University to deliver Phase 1. The second will include a review of services working with LGBT homeless people. We expect Phase 2 to begin later this year.</p><p>The Government is committed to reducing homelessness and rough sleeping. No one should ever have to sleep rough. That is why last summer we published the cross-government Rough Sleeping Strategy. This sets out an ambitious £100 million package to help people who sleep rough now, but also puts in place the structures that will end rough sleeping once and for all. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/07/2019 answer text <p>MHCLG does not hold comprehensive data on leaseholders who have been asked to pay for fire safety remediation works. The Government has made it clear that building owners should protect leaseholders from bearing the costs of remediation.</p><p>Government intervention to provide funding for the removal of unsafe Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding is wholly exceptional.
