unstar this property answer text <p>The Government will create the UK Shared Prosperity Fund once we have left the European Union. The UK Shared Prosperity Fund will strengthen the foundations of productivity as set out in our modern Industrial Strategy to support people to benefit from economic prosperity. This new Fund will ensure that investments are targeted effectively to align with the challenges faced by places, creating a fresh opportunity to focus investment according to our own priorities. We are continuing to work on the design and priorities and we will consult widely on the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. This will give all interested parties the chance to contribute their views to Government. Final decisions are due to be made during the Spending Review.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>New starters to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) are required to complete cyber security training as part of their induction. Guidance on security culture, including cyber security and managing digital footprints, is also available to staff through the Department’s intranet.</p><p>The Department runs cyber security sessions as part of the ‘Core Curriculum’ – a learning and development programme that is designed and delivered internally, based on the needs of MHCLG staff. This has included a ‘Cyber Security Week’ aimed at all staff, which included the use of guest speakers and cyber specialists at drop-in sessions and events.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>In reaching his decision on the One Yorkshire proposal the Secretary of State had regard to the evidence and analysis supplied by the Yorkshire leaders, which are available at <a href="https://www.westyorks-ca.gov.uk/economy/devolution/" target="_blank">https://www.westyorks-ca.gov.uk/economy/devolution/</a> . It was on this basis that the Secretary of State concluded that the One Yorkshire proposal met neither the criterion on functional economic area nor on there being strong and accountable governance. The proposal focuses on an area that is far greater than any of today’s functional economic city regions, and does not show how a single accountable mayor would be empowered to take tough decisions across a single area.</p> more like this
