The rates for Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and Personal Independence Payment (PIP), including the mobility component for each, are set nationally and are uprated in line with inflation. The most recent increase took effect from 8 April. Matters relating to the Ultra Low Emission Zone in London are the responsibility of the Mayor of London, including discounts and exemptions applying to affected residents and disabled people.
