star this property answer text <p>Departments have been asked to report on the current picture of suspected and confirmed RAAC in their estates as soon as possible. This will be updated on a regular basis as new buildings are identified and surveying and remediation are carried out.</p><p>The Wales Office does not own or manage any buildings. The Office leases space in Gwydyr House in London and Ty William Morgan in Cardiff. These buildings are managed by the Government Property Agency and HMRC respectively.</p> more like this
