Bristow Group issued cautionary guidance to investors on 11 February about a material weakness observed in the internal controls over its financial reporting going back to 31 March 2018.</p><p> </p><p>Bristow Group intends to release further information on its financial position at the end of 2018 to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (US SEC), no later than 19 February 2019. This includes the commercial environment and its potential impact on safety.</p><p>Impairment charges are a commercial matter for individual helicopter operators.
