Our approach in the <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/transitioning-to-a-net-zero-energy-system-smart-systems-and-flexibility-plan-2021" target="_blank">2021 Smart Systems and Flexibility Plan</a> centres on creating a best-in-class regulatory framework by removing regulatory and policy barriers and ensuring that markets reflect the value of flexibility to the system.
