	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/03/2021 answer text <p>In order to become a business registered with TrustMark, the business must demonstrate to the TrustMark Scheme Provider that it complies with the rigorous TrustMark Framework Operating Requirements. These requirements have clear conditions, including the disclosure of any previous and/or present business interests that will impact upon the registration of the business. This has been established to prevent manipulation of the Government Endorsed Quality Scheme including through accessing multiple schemes where compliance with the Framework Operating Requirements has not been demonstrated.</p><p> </p><p>As part of the ongoing development of the Scheme, the requirement for consumer protection for all works being undertaken via a TrustMark Registered Business, is being strengthened to provide greater protection to the consumer. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/04/2018 answer text <p>The apparently perpetual nature of some timeshare contracts, or the absence of clauses in contracts covering the circumstances under which consumers might bring the agreement to an end, were not covered by the Timeshare Act 1992 or the former (1994) Timeshare Directive which applied at the time most of these contracts were agreed.</p><p> </p><p>In 2011 new Timeshare, Holiday Products, Resale and Exchange Regulations 2010 legislation came into force to give effect in the UK to a new European Directive.
