	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/06/2019 answer text <p>The terms of the separation packages for Ford Bridgend Engine plant workers have only recently been communicated by the company.</p><p> </p><p>Ford has indicated that they will seek to avoid compulsory redundancies.
