	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/01/2021 answer text <p>BEIS estimates a constant load factor and availability across the lifetime of an offshore wind farm, and therefore a constant performance. These include published estimates from Arup (2016)<sup>[1]</sup> and DNV GL (2019)<sup>[2]</sup> as well as internal estimates informed by stakeholders and external commentators, such as Bloomberg<sup>[3]</sup>, Baringa<sup>[4]</sup>, Aurora<sup>[5]</sup>, and others. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/01/2021 answer text <p>Developed to help stimulate economic recovery and support and create tens of thousands of jobs; the scheme provides funding for homeowners to install energy efficiency and low carbon heat measures which give greatest thermal benefits and carbon reductions, but which consumers are typically less likely to install on their own.</p><p> </p><p>In order to ensure installations will be of the highest quality, the scheme requires that all businesses and tradespeople that install measures must be TrustMark registered, as well as MCS certified for heat and PAS certified for energy efficiency. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/01/2021 answer text <p>Spanning clean energy, buildings, transport, nature and innovative technologies, the Ten Point Plan will mobilise £12 billion of government investment to unlock three times as much private sector investment by 2030. In doing so we will support a further 90,000 green jobs across the UK by 2024, and up to 250,000 by 2030, building on the 460,000 jobs that already exist in the low carbon economy today.</p><p>Support for green jobs across the UK, including the West Midlands, will be delivered by:</p><ul><li>Investing £1 billion to make our homes, schools and hospitals greener, warmer and more energy efficient, supporting around 50,000 jobs across the UK</li><li>Doubling the Green Recovery Challenge Fund with an extra £40 million</li><li>Backing our world-leading automotive sector, including in the West Midlands, the North East and Wales to accelerate the transition to electric vehicles, and transforming our national infrastructure to better support electric vehicles. To support this acceleration, nearly £500 million will be spent in the next four years for the development and mass-scale production of electric vehicle batteries, and other strategic technologies as part of our commitment to provide up to £1 billion. This will boost international investment into our strong manufacturing bases, and safeguard 169,000 jobs in the automotive sector.</li></ul><p>The Energy White Paper, published in December, drives forward the Ten Point Plan commitments, reaffirming how clean energy means green jobs and economic growth for the whole country.
