In the last five years, no formal contracts were issued to staff that would set their work location to home or any other location. However, Scotland Office managers consider any flexible working request objectively and with sensitivity, and treat all applicants equally and fairly. We have staff who make use of informal flexible options such as working from home.</p> more like this
