Subject to further detailed analysis, it is expected to cost between £170–£250 million. It monitors Banner’s service through regular performance meetings and by reviewing performance metrics provided by Banner. The contract includes a dedicated account manager and a customer care hotline.</p><p>Members can purchase stationery from other providers.
