	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/02/2020 answer text <p>Parliamentary Maintenance Services Team (PMST) has three recorded instances of this roller towel being reported to its Helpdesk – on 18/06/19, 09/09/19 and 16/10/19.</p><p>On each occasion a reactive works request was correctly raised and a tradesperson attended; however this particular roller towel is located in a stainless steel housing which means our standard roller towels do not fit so we were unable to resolve the issue on our initial visit and the requests were incorrectly closed.</p><p>PMST apologises for this oversight and is pleased to confirm that a new modified roller towel has now been installed.
