All the information displayed in the NHS COVID Pass is derived from the National Immunisation Management System (NIMS), the System of Record for the NHS COVID-19 vaccination programme in England. Where evidence permits and it is proportional to do so, the effects on the competitive environment for English businesses are assessed. Such impacts on business are a key element independently scrutinised by the Regulatory Policy Committee, who rated the impact assessment fit for purpose.</p><p>We have also engaged with a wide range of stakeholders and these views were considered as part of the development process of the impact assessment.</p><p>The information requested on representations from the food and drink industry is not available in the format requested. A search of the Department’s document management and storage system identified over 3,000 items since the policy was proposed.
