	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/07/2017 answer text <p>NHS England and NHS Improvement have been clear that they see Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs) as the key means to deliver the goals set out in the Five Year Forward View.</p><p> </p><p>As a result, they have been working with each area to improve proposals and turn these into plans, and continue to work with STPs in turning plans into partnerships.</p><p> </p><p>Each STP will be formally assessed in relation to its performance across a series of priority metrics. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/10/2017 answer text <p>The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) holds prescribing data which includes patient level data containing National Health Service number, age and date of birth of a patient enabling the ability to report figures of sodium valproate for women and girls of childbearing age. NHSBSA provides NHS stakeholders with prescribing volumes, trend and cost analysis based on prescribing by general practitioners and other prescribers that was dispensed in the community. This is a self-reported field within the NHS human resources and payroll system, the electronic staff record.</p><p> </p><p>The following table shows the number of nationals of European Union member states other than the United Kingdom working in the NHS in the last 36 months.</p><p> </p><p>This data is published twice a year and the next set will be published in December 2016 showing the position at September 2016.</p><p> </p><p>NHS Digital also publishes turnover data. The latest data published in September shows that the number of nationals of EU member states other than the UK who started working between June 2015 and June 2016 was 15,474 and the number who left employment in the NHS in England was 8,056.
