	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/11/2022 answer text <p>Since 1 April 2021, 20 integrated stroke delivery networks (ISDNs) have been operational in England.</p><p>In North Staffordshire, the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust have a dedicated stroke team which co-ordinates the transfer of care of stroke survivors from hospital providing early, effective and community specialist stroke rehabilitation and disability management. In September we announced ‘Our plan for patients’, which outlines how we will increase access to National Health Service mental health services, including in Newcastle-under-Lyme and North Staffordshire. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/11/2022 answer text <p>Maternity and neonatal services in North Staffordshire are provided at two sites by University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust at the County Hospital in Stafford and The Royal Stoke University Hospital. Maternity services at the County Hospital and the Royal Stoke University Hospital were last inspected by the Care Quality Commission in 2019 and rated as good overall, with the safe domain rated as requires improvement.</p><p>Whilst there are no plans currently in place to make a further assessment of the effectiveness of maternity and neonatal services in North Staffordshire, I would be happy to meet the hon.
