	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/07/2021 answer text <p>The eight specialist mesh services, currently in operation, have been commissioned to treat women who have experienced complications due to vaginal or abdominal mesh procedures for urinary incontinence or prolapse, including removal of mesh.</p><p>NHS England and NHS Improvement are considering the commissioning of care and support for people with complications in the use of mesh inserted for colorectal indications, known as rectopexy mesh. This work includes exploring whether the remit of the existing specialist mesh services can be expanded. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/01/2020 answer text <p>We are working with partners across Government to ensure offenders receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.</p><p> </p><p>The National Health Service is leading on work to divert people away from the prison system and into community care, and, through its NHS Long Term Plan, it is committed to all people receiving a physical and mental health screen on entry to prison and a follow up appointment within seven days or sooner. The NHS England revised mental health and substance misuse service specifications in 2017 introduced a trauma-informed approach to care which is also reflected in the revised health and justice primary care specification due to be published in the spring. This helps inform an indication of maturity and ability to comprehend or engage with services. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/04/2021 answer text <p>We are not aware of any specific meetings that the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care has had with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) that focussed on its new inspection regime in relation to closed cultures.</p><p>The Minister of State for Care has regular meetings with the CQC including discussions on closed cultures, as well as on Transforming Care more widely. I met with the CQC on the 29 June 2020 which included discussions around closed cultures.</p><p>CQC have been making significant improvements in how they understand and identify closed culture services, prioritising these services for monitoring.
