	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/02/2016 answer text <p>The existing bilateral programme fund, run by our Embassy in Pyongyang, has contributed to a number of projects aimed at improving the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK). These include helping to improve food and nutrition for people in rural areas and equipment for the physically disabled. In addition, our funding of English language projects and visits to the UK for government officials, exposes DPRK citizens to other values and cultures. We assess that many of our existing projects contain a human rights element, without strictly being defined as a human rights project. In the coming year we will continue to fund such projects where possible and will assess future human rights projects under the Magna Carta Fund for Human Rights and Democracy. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2018 answer text <p>The Government has a strong track record of reducing the harm caused by tobacco, based on a comprehensive approach to tobacco control, including bans on smoking in public places, and on promotion and advertising of tobacco products; high duty rates; the provision of smoking cessation services; and social marketing campaigns. The Government will maintain this comprehensive approach. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2018 answer text <p>Where a company is willing to set a fair price for a drug, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) technology appraisal process has been proven to be suitable for the assessment of drugs for rare diseases. NICE has been able to recommend a number of drugs for patients with rare diseases through its technology appraisal programme; recent examples include dinutuximab beta for neuroblastoma and daratumumab for relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma.</p><p> </p><p>With the aim of improving the lives of all those affected by a rare disease, the United Kingdom Government published the UK Strategy for Rare Diseases in 2013, a high-level framework containing 51 commitments which sets out a seven-year strategic vision (2013-2020). There are approximately 233 HIV and sexual health clinics nationally and 151 of these are already offering the programme. NHS England anticipates that rollout will be complete by next year.
