dementia register is available. This is a measure of prevalence rather than incidence.
The number of people recorded on practice disease registers is taken from the Quality
and Outcomes Framework (QOF), published by the Health and Social Care Information
Centre. The following table shows all available data for East Lancashire Primary Care
Trust (PCT) and East Lancashire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) as these cover
