It is a fundamental freedom which underpins many other human rights. Every Israeli and Palestinian has the right to live in peace and security. We strongly condemn the recent attempted assassination of Prime Minister Hamdallah on 13 March, for which there is no justification. The UK continues to support the return of the legitimate Palestinian Authority to Gaza. Improving humanitarian access to all of Yemen is key to alleviating the crisis. Continued access for commercial supplies including food and fuel through the ports of Hodeidah and Saleef is critical to ensuring that the Yemeni people get the supplies they so desperately need. Officials in the Embassy in Mexico City have regular contact with HRDs and Civil Society Organisations that support them. We work with international partners to monitor cases, observe trials and raise issues with the government. We are working closely with the government of Mexico to support a human rights agenda, including tackling corruption and strengthening the legal system, which some reports suggest are contributing factors to the challenges that HRDs face. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/03/2018 answer text The UK has been clear that any solution to the conflict in the Donbas must be political not military and that the Minsk II Agreement provides a framework to resolve the conflict. Both sides need to be meeting their commitments under the Minsk agreements, but Russia remains fundamentally responsible for creating this conflict and continuing to maintain it through its political and material support for separatist forces. With respect to the recent law passed in Ukraine on Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories it is important to remember that Russia's territorial aggression in the Donbas and Crimea, and its broader efforts to undermine and destabilise Ukraine, represent a fundamental challenge to the rules-based international order and a threat to regional security. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/01/2018 answer text The UK fully supports the UN Action Plan for Libya set out at the UN General Assembly by the Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Ghassan Salamé, and endorsed in the Security Council's Presidential Statement of 14 December 2017. The Action Plan envisages negotiations on limited amendments to the Libya Political Agreement, a National Conference, preparations for elections and the provision of humanitarian assistance where it is needed in Libya.
