It is for the people of Iraq to determine the shape of Iraq's future. Friend the Member for Richmond (Yorks) (Mr Hague) met the President of the Kurdistan Region, Massoud Barzani, Kurdistan Regional Government Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani and other key political figures. These meetings included discussion of the status of the Kurdistan Region. During his recent visit to Iraq, the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon.
