star this property answer text <p><strong>The Government estimates that the introduction of fees for proceedings before the Employment Tribunals will generate approximately £9 million per annum from 2014/15 net of fee remissions. </strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>The increases to fees for Judicial Review were part of a package of reforms to fees in the civil courts introduced in April 2014 to bring the fees closer to cost recovery. We estimate the fees for judicial review might contribute around £2million to this package, subject to the effect of fee remissions.</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>The introduction of the Criminal Courts Charge is estimated to generate gross cash inflows of between approximately £105 million and £185 million per annum in steady state (2023/24). Enhanced due diligence would only apply if the business relationship is assessed as high risk.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Political agreement between the Presidency, the European Parliament and the Commission on the Directive was reached on 16 December. star this property answer text <p>HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has run an Advance Pricing Agreement Programme since 1999 to assist businesses in identifying solutions for complex transfer pricing issues and by agreeing their transfer pricing in advance. The average time taken by HMRC to draw up an agreement is available on the HMRC website at: <a href="http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/international/transfer-pricing-stats.pdf" target="_blank">http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/international/transfer-pricing-stats.pdf</a></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Time taken is measured from the date the formal APA application is received to the date the agreement is signed by all relevant parties. star this property answer text <p>HM Revenue and Customs published its latest tax gap estimates on 16 October 2014 in 'Measuring Tax Gaps' 2014 edition.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In 2012-13 the UK tax gap was estimated at £34 billion, 6.8 per cent of total tax due. We do not break this down by country.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Estimates of the non UK duty paid market for petrol and diesel fuels in Northern Ireland are published on pages 7 and 41-43. The non UK duty paid estimate covers both the illicit market and cross border shopping.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The excise duty losses due to the non-UK duty paid diesel market were £60 million for both 2011-12 and 2012-13.
