star this property answer text <p>'M' and 'R' reference codes are assigned to ARAP applications once they have been confirmed as eligible for the scheme by the Eligibility Team. They specifically indicate:</p><ul><li>'M'- designates an eligible application made between 1st April 2021-31st August 2021</li><li>'R'- designates an eligible application made from 1st September 2021 onwards (Post Operation PITTING)</li></ul><p>ATAE codes are internal reference numbers assigned to applications upon initial receipt and precede the allocation of an 'M' or an 'R' number.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>125 of those approved for relocation during OP PITTING remain in Afghanistan.</p><p> </p><p>We are bringing groups of ARAP eligible families as well as those eligible under other government schemes out of Afghanistan as quickly as we can. Others are making their own way to third countries.</p><p> </p><p>There is no time period over which we aim to complete this. The situation in Afghanistan is challenging, many individuals are undocumented and third countries need to be persuaded to allow passage. We will keep working at best possible pace and won’t stop until all eligible ARAP personnel have left Afghanistan.</p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this

Applicant's may then be contacted to request additional information, before an eligibility decision is made. If found to be eligible, applicants will be asked for further information regarding their family members included in their application, for further required checks to be made.</p><p>Unfortunately, it is not possible to advise the consistency with which these updates may occur, as the timeframes can vary considerably. This is due to numerous factors, including the initial amount of evidence received, level of complexity of the case, the need to conduct checks with other Government Departments, or the length of time it takes an applicant to respond to follow-up queries.</p> more like this
