	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/04/2016 answer text <p>Current estimates suggest that almost 90% of premises in the Easington constituency are subject to commercial rollout, and a further 6% of premises (2,410) now have coverage as a result of the Government's Superfast Broadband programme.</p><p> </p><p>Based on DCMS modelled estimates and current delivery plans, 97.2% of premises in the Easington constituency will have access to superfast broadband by December 2017. Early gainshare funding that BT will return in response to the high levels of take-up being achieved, could help extend coverage further.</p><p /> <p>In addition, the Government's intention to implement a new broadband Universal Service Obligation will give people the legal right to request a broadband connection, no matter where they live, by the end of this Parliament. Everyone should be able to access great arts and culture and Arts Council England recently confirmed that the proportion of the national portfolio budget provided to cultural organisations outside London will increase from 2018.</p><p> </p><p>The table below shows total funding by Arts Council England since 2006/07. Spending fluctuates from year to year because of large-scale capital investments; but 2014/15 and 2015/16 saw a larger proportion of spend outside of London than in each of the last eight Government’s funding for tourism, through VisitBritain and VisitEngland, is not allocated by area but instead focuses on promoting the country as a whole and thematically. The Government supports and encourages the sharing of the national collections across the United Kingdom, to enable as many people as possible to see them and to promote regional tourism. Several national institutions are either based, or have branches, outside of London and collections are shared across the UK through loans of objects and touring exhibitions. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/07/2017 answer text <p>Local Government is by far the largest investor into community sport with £1bn invested each year and most grassroots sport is played using facilities (including parks and informal spaces) owned or controlled by the 353 local authorities in England. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/03/2017 answer text <p>The Royal Opera House (ROH), which encompasses the Royal Ballet and the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House is an Arts Council National Portfolio Organisation. Both the Royal Opera House and the ROH Bridge Delivery Organisation grants for 2015-2018 have funding conditions linked to increasing participation in the arts and outreach work.</p><p> </p><p>Based at High House Production Park in Thurrock, the ROH Bridge Organsation works with schools, arts organisations, museums, libraries, heritage sites, and councils across Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and North Kent.The ROH also works with BP to produce Big Screen live relays of opera and ballet direct from Covent Garden to sites across the country.
