star this property answer text <p> </p><p>The Independent Advisory Panel on Non-Compliance Management (IAPNCM) was established to provide support to the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) in the design of the new training package for use by Detainee Custody Officers who escort individuals being removed from the United Kingdom. They also provide independent advice to Home Office Immigration Enforcement on the quality and safety of the new package, and in particular on the use of force techniques.</p><p>The panel has completed its work and the new training package and implementation are being finalised.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p> </p><p> </p><p>At the end of December 2011, 331 asylum applications from main applicants, aged 17 or under, were pending a further review, 184 at the end of December 2012 and 206 at the end of December 2013. Cases pending further review are those in the appeals process (all tiers), but exclude those that are pending a judicial review. <br><br>In 2011, 150 appeals from applicants aged 17 or under were allowed; 152 in 2012 and 125 in 2013.<br><br>Appeal determinations do not necessarily relate to those pending a further review in the same period. The figures for appeals determined are cases dealt with by Immigration Judges at the First-tier Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber. The figures for pending further review including First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.<br><br>The figures provided are a subset of latest published statistics which are published by the Home Office on a monthly (pending only) and quarterly basis. Applicants must meet the requirements of the Immigration Rules. We advise Russian visa applicants to apply for their visas as early as possible in advance of their <br>date of travel. On this occasion, no other organisations were invited to submit delivery proposals.<br><br>The helpline will be established by the end of July 2014. We will work with a number of non-governmental organisations, prior to the launch of the helpline, to ensure that callers to the helpline have access to a range of organisations that can provide additional help, advice and support. <br><br>Our longer term requirements for a helpline will be considered as part of the National Referral Mechanism review, which will conclude later this year.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
