	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/06/2019 answer text <p>The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 introduced two measures that give communities and victims an input into policies and approaches on tackling anti-social behaviour. They are the Community Trigger and the Community Remedy.</p><p>The Community Trigger, also known as the anti-social behaviour case review, gives victims of persistent anti-social behaviour the ability to demand a formal case review (where a locally defined threshold is met), in order to determine whether there is further action which can be taken. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/05/2019 answer text <p>The Office for Students has delegated responsibility, from the Secretary of State for Education, for monitoring compliance of the Prevent Duty in the higher education (HE) sector. The latest Office for Students monitoring report shows high levels of compliance, with over 97% of universities and other HE providers having due regard for the duty.</p><p>Under this delegation, the Secretary of State asked the Office for Students to move towards a more risk based monitoring approach, ensuring resources are targeted where most needed. The Office for Students updated their monitoring framework to reflect this, which took effect in September 2018.</p><p>The Government provides direct support to the sector on implementation of Prevent through a network of ‘further education / higher education’ (FE/HE) regional co-ordinators who work directly with higher and further education institutions, and provide them with the advice, support and training they need to build their and their students’ resilience to extremism and radicalisation. There is also published Government guidance for the sector on Prevent implementation. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/05/2019 answer text <p>The UK is a world-leader in the fight to stamp out the brutal practice of forced marriage, with our joint Home Office and Foreign and Commonwealth Office Forced Marriage Unit (FMU) leading efforts to combat it both at home and abroad. We made forced marriage a criminal offence in 2014 to better protect victims, sending a clear message that this abhorrent practice is totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated in the UK. In 2017 we also introduced lifelong anonymity for victims of forced marriage to encourage more victims of this hidden crime to come forward.</p><p>An “arranged marriage” is one where parents or other relatives choose a potential suitor, but both parties involved have the final say and can withdraw at any point. As such, it is not illegal. If a person changes their mind during that process and then is not allowed to stop the marriage – this becomes a forced marriage and is unacceptable.</p><p>The FMU operates a public helpline to provide advice and support to victims, those at risk, and professionals. The support offered ranges from providing information and guidance to organising rescue and repatriation to the UK for victims overseas. In November 2018 we also launched the Forced Marriage Awareness Campaign, which highlights that forced marriage is a crime and directs victims to contact the helpline for support</p><p>Border Force officers at UK ports and airports are trained to look for those at risk of Honour Based Abuse (HBA), including forced marriage. This constituted 33% of the total number of referrals during that year. The Home Office does not hold data pertaining to the proportion of the total that were university students or school children</p><p>Furthermore, this figure is likely to comprise referrals relating to groups other than university students and school children, as referrals originating from the education sector could include any individual in contact with respective institutions</p><p>During the year 2017/18, 809 Prevent referrals were received from Local Authorities. This constituted 11% of the total number of referrals during that year.
