<p>The responsibility for inspecting locations under the Seasonal Workers Pilot Scheme
(SAWS) sits with UK Visas and Immigration. The Gangmasters Labour Abuse Authority
(GLAA) accompany UK Visas and Immigration on their inspections to provide them with
information, advice and guidance.</p><p>Concordia have engaged with 15 suppliers as
part of the SAWS, all of whom are licenced by the GLAA. The GLAA’s public register
lists the labour providers who are licensed including licence holders based outside

GLAA also works with overseas labour providers to ensure licences are granted to those
supplying workers to the UK, as required by section 5 of the Gangmasters (Licensing)
Act 2004, which sets out the territorial scope and application of the Act.</p>
