<p>I look forward to meeting Hugh Ind in the near future, following his Civil Service appointment in the Cabinet Office. His appointment will support our ambition to increase the number of apprentices the public sector employs and help it access the skills needed to deliver high quality public services. My right hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for Education has not had any discussions about this appointment.</p>
