	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/07/2019 answer text <p>Public Health England (PHE) advises that the guidelines of the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) should be adopted and there is no convincing evidence that radio wave exposures below the ICNIRP guideline levels cause adverse health effects. The ICNIRP guidelines cover exposures arising from new 5G base stations, as well as from older technologies.</p><p>Many exposure measurements have been made at publicly accessible locations near to mobile phone base stations, and these have consistently been well within guidelines. This includes collecting and publishing a wide range of information, such as tables setting out measures of educational performance; financial benchmarking tables; and letters to academy trusts about poor or inadequate performance or weaknesses in safeguarding, governance and/or financial management. This goes beyond the information that the department publishes about local authorities.</p><p>Ofsted plays a vital role in holding trusts to account by providing independent judgements on the educational performance of schools within a trust and through its process of summary evaluations. Ofsted has so far published 6 summary evaluations of academy trusts since their introduction in December 2018.</p><p>The department will continue to make information about trusts more visible. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/07/2019 answer text <p>There are no plans for the department to formally respond to the recommendations in the All-Party Parliamentary Group on adoption and permanence’s report entitled ‘Investing in Families’ at this time.</p><p>We welcome the fact that the report shows how thousands of children have had their lives transformed by therapeutic support provided by the Adoption Support Fund as they settle in to their new homes. In Afghanistan and Pakistan GPEI are working to reach children in inaccessible regions that have been missed by vaccination campaigns. They are also tackling misinformation campaigns that severely affect vaccine uptake. UK funding contributes significantly to these efforts.</p><p> </p><p>The UK are observers on the Polio Oversight Board and represent all state donors on the Strategy Committee, which gives us a position from which to influence the activities of the programme at a strategic level. The government also announced its intention to return the Levy to index-linking in future. Decisions on the rate of Aggregates Levy from 2020 will be taken at Budget 2019.</p><p> </p><p>Following the conclusion of long-running litigation in February this year, the government launched a comprehensive review of the Levy at Spring Statement 2019.</p><p> </p><p>As part of this, the government has convened a working group of industry and sector experts who are providing input and challenge. Additionally, the government is engaging widely with stakeholders throughout the UK and has requested written representations (by 5<sup>th</sup> July).
