In the Review Government identified the introduction of flexible, shared spectrum models - such as dynamic spectrum access - as a strategic priority.</p><p> </p><p>Government regularly engages with industry on a range of topics - including spectrum sharing and 5G - and welcome industry feedback, including Nominet’s report. Government will continue to work with Ofcom and industry to support innovation and investment and encourage competition within the market. We recently published our draft Statement of Strategic Priorities which consulted on, among others, our spectrum sharing ambitions. The Framework acknowledges that essential local workers, including teachers, nurses and social workers, are a group that may require access to affordable housing. Local authorities should consider this when setting local policies. Where there is identified need, local authorities may seek to introduce policies that support the delivery of affordable housing for essential local workers.</p><p>The Department for Health and Social Care have taken specific steps to support essential staff in accessing affordable housing in high cost areas. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/06/2019 answer text <p>We are committed to taking robust enforcement action to ensure that everyone who is entitled to the National Minimum or Living Wage receives it.</p><p> </p><p>We have more than doubled the budget for minimum wage compliance and enforcement since 2015; it is now at a record high of £27.4 million.</p><p> </p><p>To clarify, since 1999, minimum wage arrears worth over £118 million have been paid to 835,000 workers. It inspects services providing education and skills for learners of all ages and inspects and regulates services that care for children and young people. Its role is to make sure that organisations providing education, training and care services in England for children and students do so to a high standard. Ofsted inspects a range of provider types and different types of provision, including apprenticeships. P&amp;O have confirmed that another vessel, the Mistral, that operated the Liverpool-Dublin route while the MV European Endeavour was undergoing a refit will continue to operate the route after the sale of the MV European Endeavor.</p><p> </p><p>P&amp;O have made a commercial decision to replace a passenger ro-ro ferry with a ro-ro cargo vessel to meet the changing demands of the freight market and particularly a rising demand for unaccompanied freight. Seafarers are required to meet the minimum standards of training as set out in the STCW Convention and no assessment is proposed to be made on the standards of seafarers operating in the Irish Sea.</p><p> </p><p>The choice of which crewing agency to employ seafarers from is a commercial decision and a matter of choice for any shipping company to make for itself.
