Medical records and counselling notes will routinely engage an individual’s Article 8 ECHR right to privacy.</p><p> </p><p>CPS guidance is clear that where it is a reasonable line of enquiry in the investigation, the police should obtain the complainant’s informed consent to gain access to these records and, in the limited circumstances where it is appropriate, to enable disclosure of material to the defence. It also provides pensions awareness sessions, supported by a member help<br>centre which is run by MyCSP, and plans to run financial education sessions in November<br>2019</p><p>The Cabinet Office wellbeing action plan enables support for all staff, including those near<br>retirement. A number of key initiatives which support people transitioning to retirement<br>include: running leadership wellbeing training for all Senior Civil Servants, updating line<br>manager training to ensure wellbeing is included in all conversations, embedding wellbeing<br>into the Senior Civil Service leadership objective and including wellbeing in performance<br>management monthly conversation tools</p><p>There are a number of support services available in Cabinet Office that provide support or<br>advice to all employees, and would be of benefit to those nearing retirement. The Government has discussed these with the Electoral Commission.</p><p>On 5th May 2019, the Government announced it will consult on safeguarding UK elections. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/05/2019 answer text <p>The Government has not made any assessment of introducing a mandatory membership group for car hire companies.</p><p> </p><p>There is strong consumer protection legislation in place that protects consumers when dealing with traders, including car hire companies, namely the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. In addition, the Competition and Markets Authority has considered and carried out enforcement action against certain car hire companies for breaches of consumer protection legislation and has produced guidance for businesses and consumers.
