The no recourse to public funds (NRPF) condition is applied to the leave of most migrants in the UK as a legitimate means of maintaining and protecting our economic resources.</p><p>In those cases where leave has been, or is being, granted for family or private life reasons the NRPF condition can be lifted on application to the Home Office if that is necessary to meet the welfare needs of children. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/05/2019 answer text <p>The information requested is not held centrally regarding data on the number of school days missed due to gang involvement or incidents of violence.</p><p>A Ministry of Justice study, ‘Examining the Educational Background of Young Knife Possession Offenders,’ showed that around 80% of young knife possession offenders had been persistently absent from education at some point over a five year period. Education is clearly a protective factor for young people, and regular attendance at school or at other education provision is important in ensuring every pupil can meet their full potential. As soon as testing has shown the system to be robust, a small number of people with a pending Personal Independence Payment appeal will be invited to take part in an initial pilot of COR. Current indications are this is likely to commence before the summer.</p><p> </p><p>The Tribunal’s judiciary intend, following successful testing, to be able to offer COR to all appellants. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/05/2019 answer text <p>The Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union has regular discussions with Cabinet colleagues on preparations for the UK’s departure from the European Union.</p><p>The Government recognises the importance of mobility for the UK’s creative sector and wider economy. The creative industries contributed <a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/759707/DCMS_Sectors_Economic_Estimates_2017__provisional__GVA.pdf" target="_blank">£101.5bn to the UK economy in 2017</a>. That is why, in our White Paper on the UK’s future relationship with the EU, we said that whilst free movement of people will end, we want to agree reciprocal mobility arrangements with the EU that support businesses to provide services and move their talented people, and discuss how to facilitate the temporary mobility of self-employed professionals and employees providing services. The Immigration White Paper sets out the foundation for a single immigration system that will support the UK’s dynamic economy.</p><p>Our proposals for mobility arrangements with the EU are reflected in the Political Declaration on the future relationship, which contains a specific reference to the importance of mobility and temporary movement of objects and equipment in enabling cooperation in the cultural sector. For most of those looking to downsize, the SDLT due on the move-in property will be small, and in most cases, it will be lower than estate agent’s fees.</p><p> </p><p>The Government therefore has no current plans for a further relief for those looking to downsize. The Government’s priority is to support first time buyers, which is why the Autumn Budget 2017 announced the introduction of First-Time Buyers’ Relief.
