The Judge Advocate General is a Senior Circuit Judge and the Vice-Judge Advocate General and one Assistant-Judge Advocate General also hold appointments as Recorders. The other three Assistant-Judge Advocate Generals are entitled to sit under the Armed Forces Act 2011 s26.</p><p> </p><p>The Judge Advocate General is ticketed to try murder cases in the Crown Court. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/05/2019 answer text <p>As with the vast majority of NHS services, the funding and commissioning of palliative and end of life care is a local matter, over which individual National Health Service commissioners have responsibility. Local commissioners are best placed to understand the needs of local populations and commission services to meet those needs accordingly.</p><p> </p><p>The NHS Long Term Plan, sets out significant investment and activity to improve the quality of patient care and health outcomes, including for end of life care. This includes £4.5 billion of new investment to fund expanded community multidisciplinary teams aligned with new primary care networks. Based on individual needs and choices, people identified as having the greatest risks and needs will be offered targeted support for both their physical and mental health needs, helping them to maintain independence and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions. NE’s licencing process for badger control includes a detailed assessment of effects on protected wildlife sites such as sites of special scientific interest (SSSIs). In 2018, NE’s successful defence of judicial review proceedings against these assessments included a commitment to review its procedures on and within 2km of SSSIs, where they support bird species which may be vulnerable to a potential increase in fox predation as a result of a reduction in badger numbers. We do not currently collect the information requested as it would be difficult to do this comprehensively and reliably. The UK is working with others to encourage governments to adopt ambitious investment goals for Universal Health Coverage, including sexual reproductive health and rights. Through our work with partner countries, we promote financial protection and reductions in out of pocket health expenditure, to reduce the burden on poor people and families.</p><p> </p><p>Our new regional WISH programme with the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is focused on reaching the very poor and reducing costs. Although some country programmes do charge for clients who can afford to pay, they employ a no-refusal policy to allow clients that are poor.
