	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/05/2019 answer text <p>The Senior Deputy Speaker has asked me, as Chairman of the Services Committee, to respond on his behalf.</p><p>The last fire risk assessment for Victoria Tower was carried out in 2016. It highlighted several fire safety issues, the majority of which have been dealt with as part of the Fire Safety Improvement Works Programme. This included the upgrade of the fire detection, new fire escape signage, emergency escape lighting and fire doors. There is also inherent fire compartmentation within the tower with the floors providing at least 30 minutes separation between the different levels. The fire risk assessment is scheduled for a review following the recent works and any issues highlighted in this review will be addressed.</p><p>Planning work is being undertaken to move the Parliamentary Archives ahead of Restoration and Renewal of the Palace, under the auspices of the Archives Accommodation Programme. The programme is developing requirements and designs for a range of options. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/05/2019 answer text <p>NHS England is committed to providing the most appropriate out-of-hospital urgent care, which is simple for patients to navigate. In response to the review of urgent treatment services in the National Health Service (published in 2015), patients and the public said that they felt confused by the mix of walk-in centres, minor injuries units and urgent care centres, in addition to numerous general practitioner health centres and surgeries offering varied levels of core and extended service.</p><p> </p><p>The ‘Next Steps on the NHS Five Year Forward View’ set out plans for the roll-out of urgent treatment centres. The recently published Graduate Labour Market Statistics 2018 shows that the employment rate of working-age graduates was 87.7% in 2018, which is 0.3% higher than 2017. This employment rate is 16.1% higher than the rate for non-graduates (71.6%). 65.4% of working-age graduates were employed in highly skilled roles, compared with 22.9% of non-graduates.</p><p> </p><p>The government’s Industrial Strategy sets out a long-term plan to boost productivity by backing businesses to create good jobs and increase the earning power of people throughout the UK by investing in skills, industries and infrastructure. Through this plan, £120 million was provided to fund collaboration between businesses and universities to stimulate local innovation through the Strength in Places Fund.</p><p> </p><p>The primary aim of the Office for Students’ (OfS), the higher education regulator, is to ensure that higher education delivers positive outcomes for students and that it has a regulatory focus to ensure that students are able to progress into employment or further study. The OfS supports graduate employment outcomes in a number of ways. This includes a Challenge Competition, which aims to boost local employment outcomes, and the Institute of Coding, which aims to boost UK digital skills and graduate outcomes.</p><p> </p><p>The government has been improving the information available to students to help them make informed choices when making decisions on higher education providers and subject choice. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/05/2019 answer text <p>The Department is working hard to improve mental health services for all adults, including those with speech, language and communication needs, so that many more people can access the high-quality, vital mental health support they need.</p><p> </p><p>Clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) commission local services, including mental health services, on behalf of their local populations taking into account local needs and priorities. CCGs and NHS England have a duty to have regard to the need to reduce inequalities in access to health services and the outcomes achieved.</p><p>Under the NHS Long Term Plan, local areas will design and implement models of care that are age appropriate, closer to home and bring together physical and mental health services.
