<p>To support the speech, language and communication elements of the Healthy Child
Programme (HCP), Public Health England (PHE) is partnering with the Department for
Education to develop a model speech, language and communication pathway for services
for children aged zero to five years. The pathway is built on the best evidence and
good practice and will be published by September 2019. This will support local joint
commissioning and service provision.</p><p> </p><p>The ‘Healthy Child Programme 0-19
(HCP): the health visitor and school nurses commissioning guidance’ was refreshed
