This included work to enable the UK public sector to get better value from its procurement of common goods and services which is now being taken forward by the Crown Commercial Service.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Government has published details of savings made through efficiency and reform each year since 2010. This is only part of the substantial overall investment and activity related to improving the cyber security of CNI across Government and industry. For a range of reasons including reprioritisation and rescoping following industry engagement, a number of NCSP funded projects for CNI were assessed as off track at the 3<sup>rd</sup> Quarter checkpoint and are currently being reviewed. Demand side response (DSR) providers have been able to participate in all Capacity Market auctions, alongside other technologies, since the Capacity Market was established. We also held two “Transitional Arrangements” auctions for DSR in 2016 and 2017. The most recent T-4 auction, held in 2018, awarded agreements to 1.2 GW of DSR capacity. This represents the biggest upgrade to workers’ rights in over 20 years. The Government has considered all representations made to it about the Swedish derogation and is committed to its repeal. Secondary legislation repealing the Swedish Derogation has already been approved by the House of Commons’ Seventh Delegated Legislation Committee on 6 March 2019. Subject to approval from the House of Lords, from April 2020 all agency workers will be entitled to the same pay as permanent staff after 12 weeks in an assignment.
