<p><br>The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse operates independently of Government,
and its independence is crucial to its effectiveness. It is for the Inquiry to decide,
within its terms of reference, what to investigate and how.</p><p>The IICSA stated
its intention to continue to keep under review the investigation into the institutional
responses to allegations involving Lord Janner in its determination notices in April
