The Commission has prepared an Easy Read form which people with a learning disability are able to use to apply to register to vote. There are two user groups comprising representatives of EU citizens from community, advice and support networks, and consular representatives from the EU27 and EFTA nations. There is also a cross-sectoral employers’ representative group.
