These show that the ratio of median house price to median gross annual (where available) workplace-based earnings in 2016 was 7.72 in England, and 11.98 in London. The UK has been clear that forced labour is a form of modern day slavery and must be brought to an end. Any decision on offering to co-host events at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics would be a matter for the government of the Republic of Korea to consider. Assyrian organisations are making legal appeals against these decisions. The British Embassy in Ankara will be closely following this process. This figure increased by 2 percentage points when compared to the same quarter in the previous year for offenders convicted under section 22 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 (minimum sentence of 6 months for a second or subsequent knife possession offence). The number of repeat knife possession sentencing occasions increased from 837 in Q1 2016 to an estimated 1,129 cases Q1 2017.
