However, the Department does hold information on the number of accidents where the attending police officer judged that driver fatigue contributed to the cause of the accident. We will continue to review and refine proposals for the Phase Two route from West Midlands to Manchester, Leeds and beyond to ensure they bring the best solution in terms of connectivity and economic growth for the regions.
