It is not therefore possible to determine an associated cost. A mix of training is provided which is based around the Civil Service Competency Framework, supplemented by additional learning and development depending on an individual's job role and responsibilities, grade, experience, functional and professional specialism. A significant proportion of training is provided internally and online through the Defence Learning Portal and Civil Service Learning.
