	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/11/2014 answer text <p>The Department remains committed to providing multiple channels for access to its services to ensure they are available to people who remain either unable or unwilling to use digital services. It does so whilst being mindful of reducing the cost to taxpayers by encouraging the take-up of digital services to as wide a group of users as possible.
