The National Crime Agency publishes annual statistics on Missing Persons which includes missing children <a href="http://missingpersons.police.uk/" target="_blank">http://missingpersons.police.uk</a>.</p><p>The last published report shows that in 2011/12 there were around 313,000 missing persons incidents.
