	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/07/2014 answer text <p>The total number of establishment licences, provided under the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986, in force in Scotland at the end of 2013 was 27. All 27 establishments were licensed to apply regulated procedures to protected animals.
