star this property answer text <p>The number of defendants proceeded against at magistrates’ courts and found guilty at all courts of offences under the Protection of Badgers Act 1992, in England and Wales, by police force area, from 2010 to 2017, can be viewed in the table.</p><p> </p><p>Centrally collated data on prosecutions does not include the Police Force that brought a prosecution, only the Police Force Area in which the case was originally prosecuted at Magistrates’ Court. However, in most cases these will be the same. The data provided is therefore based on the location of the Court in which the prosecution was brought. Information is included only for those Police force Areas where there has been at least one prosecution.</p> more like this
