To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what plans he has to maintain the welfare of the wild animals touring with travelling circuses in the event that the Welfare of Wild Animals in Travelling Circuses (England) Regulations 2012 expire before a ban on the use of such animals in circuses is in place.
