answer text <p>The Scottish Parliament have had legislative competence for cold weather payments since May 2017. DWP’s responsibility for cold weather payments in Scotland will transfer to Scottish Ministers from April 2020. answer text <p>As part of preparations for a successful EU exit, the Office of the Secretary of State for Scotland has been allocated additional EU exit funding. OSSS officials are working across a range of areas (including but not limited to no deal preparations), in their EU exit work. As no deal preparations form part of the broader EU exit work of the department, it is not possible to separate how much has been spent only on no deal preparations.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Since the Tay Cities Heads of Terms were signed on 22 November my officials have met with local partners on a number of occasions to progress the Tay Cites Deal. answer text <p>Official figures show that total international and rest of the UK exports in 2016 (excluding oil and gas) were estimated at £75.6 billion. Exports to the rest of the UK accounted for 61 per cent of this total (or £45.8bn) and international exports accounted for 39 per cent (or £29.8bn).</p><p> </p><p>Both the European Union (EU) and the individual EU countries are members of the WTO.
